Everytime I sign into my msn hotmail email it freezes up on me what do I do?

I remeber this happening a long time ago but someone told me to delete my cookies and do something else but i forgot what it was. It also does this to my myspace too. I will sign in and it freezes up and i have been doin scan checks and everything. please help!!!!!!

you may need to update the ram in your computer, check it out and update it to atleast 256k or 512k
