I have received email regarding yahoo/msn lottery. Is this for real or fraud?

However, when I seached for the contact person site it got me to cruise addicts website. It did show my web number and isp information. Should I be worried about the safety of my computer and identity? :

Fraud... you don't even participate, how can you win without participate? it's all Fraud, seriosly... and be careful, some of them are just for taking away your money
