no. I blocked somone and then she emailed me. But you can blcok her from your email too, that way they cant contact you at all =)

No , MSN Messenger only blocks the User from seeing you online , while an E-Mail can be sent from any point to anyone without you being online

they are blocked from all contant with you using msn, or hotmail. but if you have your email from somewhere other than hotmail (yahoo, isp, etc.) than they can still contact you.
