Help with msn live and email account?

my friend has been trying to sign into her msn account but says it has been blocked, has anyone any suggestion as what to do ? she has tried to reset her password but that didnt work

Something is wrong with Hotmail/MSN/Live, I've been trying to sign on from my PC, phone, Outlook(it's synched) and other computers, and it's messed up! I've been trying to log on every half hour. Try that until you successfully log in.
