How do I transfer my email and contacts from my msn account?

Your going to have to do that manually msn will not allow you to transfer from their site. I have tried. Another thing you may not know if you do not use your account with msn then after 10 days of none use they delete your account and you must start over, with new everything and be approved again. My girl friend talked to me on messenger and told me about it.
