Someone blocked/deleted from their msn contact list, can they still receive an email from me from my msn addr?

Or should I send the email from my Yahoo account? Either way, will they get it? Or will it go straight into "Junk Mail"? Or will it not be received? Or will the email go into their Inbox?

they could still receive mail from you unless they actually blocked your address. If they did block you, you might consider sending mail from another address
