MSN email address?

When I signed up w/ MSN as my ISP, I got an MSN email account. (eg 123@msn.com.)





I noticed that I can also access this same email address via Hotmail.





If I cancel my MSN ISP service, can I keep my 123@msn email account via Hotmail?

I had MSN ISP 6 years ago. I canceled it and I still have mine. So I don't see why not.
Reply:Many of my friends on my Hotmail contacts list have 123@msn.com as their email, but they dont have an msn ISP. Just to make sure though call your ISP.

Reply:Yes, you should be able to since msn mail is a free service. There should be a prompt when you cancel that asks you if you would like to keep your email, which you would answers 'yes'. If it doesn't, my bad. I've never had msn service and therefore am going with my own experiences with isps and emails.
