Recovering my hacked into MSN email account.?

Numpty question time maybe, but I have to give it a try.


Yesterday some gonk hacked into my email account, then sent emails out to all my contacts (or at least as many as they could) claiming that I was in Africa, stranded %26amp; need money sent immediately.





Obviously they've changed my password %26amp; secret question. I know it's a long shot but wondered if there's anyway I could retrieve it. If not how do I contact MSN to try getting it back that way please?





The alternative email address I had on file has since run out.

Reply:Contatc MSN Messenger with the problem, but i dont think there is as you dont have any proof that it was you that did this..





And you did agree to the terms and conditions and the privacy policy, and asking for them to reunit you with you msn account would be risky, as that would be breaking the terms and conditions!





best to set up a new email account, with a Strong Password and Secreete Question!

Reply:Hack on ur pc or on other pc? If on yours.........you just need to download a keyloggers software to track what the hacker type before..........
Reply:Well my friend, if thay have changed your password and secret answer then it is your opportunity to go back and change it again.
Reply:You will need to contact MSN using an alternate email address. Hopefully they can fix your problem. If you have Windows Live ID, it is more than your hotmail account that has been compromised. See webpage below and use the Contact Us option.
